Over growing concern about the coronavirus (COVID-19), we understand that many properties are closing their offices. Your WASH laundry room(s) should remain open. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has released guidance on safe laundry practices for dealing with COVID-19<\/a> as part of recommended cleaning and disinfecting protocol, and it is vital that residents be able to effectively wash their clothes. Please remember that if your property has a sole laundry add-value station located in the office, residents must be able to access to it to do laundry. <\/strong>Also, be sure to follow these CDC guidelines in your laundry room for cleaning and disinfecting public facilities<\/a>.<\/p>\n
